If you seek a company that **values people**, **encourages development**, and offers **real opportunities for growth**, review the job requirements below and join us in building the future! **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Receive, inspect, verify, and store merchandise, materials, parts, and equipment in warehouses and/or storerooms, verifying and cross-checking against purchase orders in the system, recording incoming and outgoing movements, ensuring inventory control, enabling the company to maintain necessary supply levels per established inventory control methodology, and managing warehouse items to guarantee warehouse accuracy. When required by the task, operate a forklift. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** Receive products, verifying invoices and comparing them against purchase orders, arranging unloading and weighing, labeling items, entering data into the system, assigning storage locations, and ensuring proper storage in appropriate areas; * + Inspect products and materials, reviewing invoices, comparing information and delivery deadlines, quantities, brands, quality, expiration dates, and required documentation for accounting and control purposes; + Communicate timely needs for replenishment of frequently used materials to prevent shortages when required; + Perform inventory control activities and conduct monthly and annual material counts—or as scheduled; + Organize the warehouse, planning layout, marking risk areas, identifying products with labels, organizing shelves, pallets, and equipment, maintaining order to facilitate movement and storage of stored items; + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and ensure proper care of tools and equipment, complying with applicable standards and procedures; + Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, and occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards inherent to the department, including proper use of PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required; + Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by immediate supervisors, provided such tasks align with the employee’s qualifications, knowledge, and experience; + + Issue and manage invoices or receipts for customers, ensuring all required fiscal documents are provided. **BENEFITS:** * + Medical assistance; + Dental assistance; + Life insurance — Prudential; + Meal allowance; + Day Off; + Transportation allowance.
