




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for purchasing grains for export and crushing, managing the customer portfolio, selling agricultural inputs, and overseeing logistics. Logistics monitoring and cross-departmental collaboration **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Purchase grains for export and crushing, continuously monitoring Chicago Board of Trade and domestic market quotations to simulate and determine pricing for client negotiations, including structured financial projects (FRM), advance payments (ATF), and other instruments. * Manage the designated regional customer portfolio and related factories, ensuring planned volumes and margins are achieved; assess business risk; analyze customer relationship history, credit policies, planting schedules, harvest cycles, environmental issues, and other factors to safeguard the company and execute transactions aligned with established objectives. * Sell agricultural inputs—including fertilizers, agrochemicals, and seeds—to customers; identify processes for barter implementation (exchange and repurchase agreements); negotiate with partner companies to execute such processes. * Monitor and control logistics for grain and fertilizer delivery and loading, meeting requirements of factories, transshipment points, silos, and ports. * Maintain daily contact with customers and collaborate internally with storage, credit, raw materials, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual commitments. * Monitor and establish available credit limits and ATF (advance to farm), as well as utilize market negotiation tools and interface with the FRM department. * Ensure signing of relevant purchase and sale documentation, system entry of orders, and tracking of deliveries and release of goods. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Agronomy, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience and knowledge in Origination, grain market, and agricultural inputs; * Experience and knowledge in Barter; * Experience in negotiation and customer portfolio management; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category B; Preference for candidates with experience working in the Nova Mutum/MT region. * **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, childcare allowance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, year-end Christmas basket, profit-sharing program (PLR), private pension plan, TotalPass (access to top gyms and wellness partners)
