Retraining for drivers with below-average performance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 17:30 h **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * First stage: Trip Monitoring; Guide new and experienced drivers on onboard truck technologies, current legislation, and best practices for safe and efficient driving. * Second Stage \- Practical Monitoring: Conduct a practical trip by accompanying the driver throughout the entire route, monitoring their driving behavior and conduct along the way. * Third stage: New/Inexperienced Driver (Monitoring): Accompany the driver from start to finish of the trip, from loading at the base to delivery at the unloading point, always returning to the base upon completion of the route. * Conduct retraining for drivers exhibiting below-average performance or excessive traffic violations. Monitor the entire trip, from loading to unloading, to evaluate driver performance, returning to the base upon completion of the route. * **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Driver's license compatible with nine-axle tractor-trailers (Category E); * Availability for travel; * Experience in related activities, per service instructions. * Communicative profile (strong oral communication skills), as the role involves integration sessions, training, and instructions to drivers regarding performance metrics.
