It is an environment that welcomes, challenges, and develops your talent every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position \-** **Research and Development** **ACTIVITIES:** Support the development of experiments with a "multi-crop" vision to deliver integrated and customized solutions to the company’s technical-commercial department and to farmers; You will have the opportunity to interact with researchers and the scientific community, validating concepts developed regionally and participating in the creation of new projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Knowledge of experiment execution is desirable; Undergraduate students in Agronomy. **Position \-** **Seed Quality** **ACTIVITIES:** Work in the routine of the seed analysis laboratory, focusing on soybean and corn crops; Perform germination and vigor tests according to official methodologies and internal procedures; Participate in all stages of the process—from sample receipt and verification, test preparation and setup, to result evaluation and interpretation; Carry out seed sampling, following established technical standards and criteria. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic computer skills, with emphasis on Excel; Ability to follow laboratory norms, procedures, and routines; Interest in the seed and quality control field. **Position \- Seed and TSI Distribution Center** **ACTIVITIES:** Support in receiving third-party seed shipments; Monitor invoice physical verifications; Inspect incoming shipments for infestation; Introduction to batch sampling processes; Extract and analyze inventory, order portfolio, and sales reports; Begin creating and updating the storage map; Organize and control fiscal and operational documents; Digitize, rename, and organize documents into specific folders; Prepare damage reports for received materials; Implement and maintain organization and cleanliness practices (5S); Prepare loading checklists; Issue outgoing invoices; Monitor and assist in physical inventory counts; Support internal and/or external audits, if applicable; Prepare seed treatment orders; Continue monitoring TSI processes; Support in picking and dispatching loading orders; Provide general support in quality control and logistics processes; Assist in handling field-based quality complaints; Consolidate activities with focus on supervised autonomy; Complete documentation tasks and prepare the internship report. **REQUIREMENTS:** Excel knowledge **Additional Information** VA or VR Card: R$310.50 Transportation Benefit (no employee deduction); Life Insurance; Stipend: R$ 1\.500 per month.
