Promotion of awareness and accident prevention programs. **Job Posting: Occupational Safety Technician – Campo Novo do Parecis/MT** We are hiring an Occupational Safety Technician to oversee occupational safety and health activities on company farms. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing safety practices, conducting workplace inspections, advising on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), delivering training in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), supporting awareness programs, managing Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) activities, and organizing the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, Category B driver’s license, willingness to travel between farms, and residence in Campo Novo do Parecis/MT. **Benefits:** R$ 760.00/month meal allowance and health and dental plans after probation period. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM / 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **occupational safety and occupational medicine processes**, developing and implementing prevention policies, practices, and procedures. * Monitor and supervise **occupational safety activities at facilities/farms**. * Promote **awareness and accident prevention programs**, in partnership with the Human Resources department. * Deliver **training and capacity-building sessions** for employees according to applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for each role. * Conduct **safety inspections in work areas**, assessing environmental and operational conditions. * Supervise and advise on the **proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Identify hazards and propose **corrective actions and preventive measures**, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Lead processes and activities related to the **Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA)**. * Organize and promote the **Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT)**. * Prepare technical reports and monitor safety indicators. * Support other demands related to the Occupational Safety area. ### **Technical Requirements** * **Technical qualification in Occupational Safety**, with active registration. * **Category B driver’s license**. * **Willingness to travel between farms/facilities**. * **Residence in Campo Novo do Parecis/MT**. * Prior experience in Occupational Safety will be considered an advantage. * Knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)** and labor legislation related to occupational safety and health. ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Proactive and preventive mindset**, focused on safety and risk reduction. * **Strong communication skills**, to deliver training and guide teams. * **Organized and detail-oriented**, for risk analysis and regulatory compliance. * **Ability to influence and guide**, promoting a safety culture. * **Responsibility and commitment** to employee well-being. * Ability to **work onsite and interact effectively with diverse operational teams**.
