First step into the workforce The **ADM do Brasil \- Sorriso**, local office located in Sorrriso**/GO**, is seeking a young apprentice to join the Commercial team**.\* This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in taking their first step into the workforce, with practical learning in a dynamic and structured professional environment.** Key Responsibilities:\* * Assist in verifying cargo weight upon entry and exit from the company; * Support scale operators in entering and updating data in the system; * Organize and file weighing documents and invoices; * Receive drivers and provide basic guidance when necessary; * Monitor vehicle flow to ensure efficiency in the weighing process; * Assist in visual inspection of goods when requested; * Strictly adhere to workplace safety, hygiene, and organization standards. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school (part-time schedule acceptable if still studying); * Be between 18 and 24 years old, per the Young Apprentice Law; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency is a plus); * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
