We seek someone committed, careful, and who values a clean and well-maintained environment. * Perform cleaning and organization of indoor areas (dormitories, cafeteria, offices). * Carry out cleaning of outdoor areas, courtyards, and farm facilities. * Maintain hygiene of bathrooms and changing rooms. * Collect and properly dispose of waste, following farm guidelines. * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed. * Maintain equipment and materials used in cleaning activities. * Follow safety regulations, PPE usage, and internal procedures. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services (rural or urban). * Availability to work on a farm (rural environment, outdoors). * Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to follow routines and safety instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience on farms, rural estates, or other rural properties. * Experience cleaning dormitories, cafeterias, or collective facilities. * Basic knowledge of cleaning product usage and dilution. * Willingness to reside on the farm or nearby.
