Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, while contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. Collaborate in pairs to develop the process Perform vehicle maintenance services within established delivery deadlines, ensuring work safety and quality, thereby providing customers with satisfaction and vehicle safety, and consequently contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform all work and process development collaboratively in pairs. * Receive and advise customers regarding the operating conditions of their vehicle's components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed. * Assemble and inspect motorcycle accessories upon delivery and installation, in compliance with the manufacturer's manual. * Clean motorcycles as specified in the service order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
