Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring shipments, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring loading compliance with carriers, while upholding COFCO’s ethical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and analysis of commercial contracts for shipments. 2. Negotiation and monitoring of freight rates and loading operations. 3. The company is accelerating its growth to build an excellent agricultural supply chain anchored in China and competitive on a global scale. **Responsibilities:** * Plan shipment points according to commercial openings; * Analyze commercial contracts, execution month, destination, purchased freight vs. rate table; * Obtain freight quotations for shipment locations; * Negotiate with carriers regarding service at shipment points; * Analyze the regional freight market; * Ensure loading compliance with carriers as per the shipment plan; * Support quota management and truck scheduling; * Monitor truck transit and unloading compliance; * Coordinate with the Quality Department regarding rejected loads and their disposition; * Control execution deadlines for shipment volumes as stipulated in commercial contracts; * Arrange for grading services at shipment points through certifiers and manage FOB 0; * Ensure compliance with laws, internal procedures, and COFCO’s ethical standards. **Requirements:** High school diploma required; undergraduate studies preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. Knowledge of Road Logistics is desirable. Must reside in Sorriso/MT. COFCO International is an equal opportunity employer.
