Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product and process quality by performing inspections, tests, identifying defects, and proposing improvements to meet production standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure product and process compliance during manufacturing. 2. Conduct tests to evaluate performance and durability. 3. Identify defects and propose continuous improvements. * **Measurement and adjustment of products**: verify dimensions and adjust products according to technical specifications; * **Inspection of the manufacturing stage**: monitor the production process to ensure compliance during manufacturing; * **Verification of compliance in production processes**: assess whether processes follow established standards and regulatory requirements; * **Conducting tests**: perform physical, functional, and safety tests to evaluate performance and durability; * **Verification of usage conditions for tools and instruments**: examine whether equipment and tools are suitable for safe and efficient use; * **Identification of defects and proposal of improvements**: detect issues and suggest solutions to optimize processes and products; * **Preparation of inspection reports**: document findings, non-conformities, and evaluation results; * **Development of prevention plans and solutions for identified problems**: devise strategies to prevent recurrence of defects and implement corrective actions; * **Compliance with production standards**: ensure all quality requirements and specifications are strictly followed.
