Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Support the preparation and control of infrastructure project budgets, ensuring estimation accuracy, compliance with public and private technical standards, and supporting project economic feasibility analyses. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing large-scale infrastructure budget estimates. * Support cost composition based on public and private reference databases (SICRO, SINAPI, SCO, DER). * Conduct quotations for materials and services for budget compositions. * Populate and organize budget spreadsheets and systems. * Contribute to standardizing internal processes and procedures within the department. * Support the development of budget indicators. * Provide support for the implementation and use of BIM 5D tools. * Organize technical documentation and management support reports. **Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, completed or nearing completion. **Experience** * Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in budgeting, planning, or related fields. * Experience in infrastructure projects is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Excel (practical test required). * Familiarity with Power BI. * Familiarity with Microsoft Project. * Basic knowledge of budgeting software (e.g., Compor or similar). * Knowledge of official cost databases (SICRO, SINAPI, SCO, DER). * Preferred: Familiarity with BIM and data processing. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Commitment and accountability * Teamwork * Strong communication skills * Proactivity and initiative * Planning ability * Flexibility and adaptability * Results orientation **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
