Job Summary: This professional will perform field installations, maintenance, and repairs; configure network equipment; and work with VIVO's fiber optic infrastructure while delivering high-quality, safe customer service. Working at heights, in compliance with safety regulations Main Responsibilities: * Perform field installations, maintenance, and repairs; * Configure network equipment and devices; * Work with VIVO's fiber optic infrastructure for residential and commercial customer service; * Perform tasks at heights, in accordance with safety regulations; * Deliver high-quality, professional customer service; * Maintain orderly storage of materials, tools, and work vehicles; * Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). \- REQUIREMENTS * Valid Category B driver's license (permanent) * Availability to work on weekends and holidays \- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with rotating shifts on weekends and holidays.
