Quality Assistant

Description

* Support the Quality department on site, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, contractual, and applicable quality management system requirements, contributing to service conformity and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain up-to-date, organized, and controlled electronic and physical Quality and Company Administration System files. * Perform quality control on site through inspections and monitoring of critical work execution. * Complete and manage Quality Checklists (QC Lists). * Support and/or conduct supplier audits, as requested by the Business Unit (BU) or the Quality department head. * Verify calibration and validity of measurement equipment, including noise-emitting and non-noise-emitting devices. * Verify storage and handling of critical materials, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company Administration System. * Support implementation of the Administration System, including across Business Units, per corporate guidelines. * Participate in internal and external audits for projects, suppliers, and subcontractors, as requested. * Support awareness and training activities related to the Administration System. * Support implementation, development, and standardization of the Administration System across Business Units. * Track nonconformities, including recording, disposition, and corrective actions arising from audits, monitoring deadlines and effectiveness. * Participate in corporate projects and programs, contributing ideas and suggestions aimed at process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or currently pursuing a higher education degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits Offered** * **CLT Employment Contract**: Legal security and all rights guaranteed by law. * **Profit and Results Sharing (PLR)**: As per internal procedure; we value collective performance. * **Health Plan (employee premium waived)**: Extended family coverage, with dependent-only deductions. * **Dental Plan**: Same structure as the health plan, also available to family members. * **Life Insurance**: Protection and peace of mind for you and your loved ones. * **Transportation Voucher**: To facilitate your daily mobility. * **Meal or Food Voucher**: Flexible allocation percentage according to your preference. * **Day Off**: One day off to celebrate achievements or recharge. * **Partnerships with Wellhub and Totalpass**: Easy access to gyms and physical wellness. * **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave**: More time to cherish important family moments. * **Training Portal**: A wide range of courses for your continuous professional development.
