Throughout the class, the instructor will analyze exercises and understand the training method, making necessary corrections and adaptations. Stretching and relaxation techniques to conclude the session, performed manually or with accessories. **Be proactive, enthusiastic, and punctual.** Pay attention to every detail and listen with empathy. Genuinely care about each student's well-being and everything she shares. At The Woman, client interactions are direct with our students; thus, your role includes delivering classes and designing workout plans. CLT employment contract: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
