Description: Acting as a Senior Cost Engineer, focused on construction projects and initiatives within the Petrobras segment. Carrying out the entire cost analysis process among the responsibilities assigned to this position. Responsibilities and duties * Prepare construction and service budgets, analyzing projects in detail; * Analyze quantity take-offs and compile direct and indirect costs, establishing selling prices; * Update cost spreadsheets, keeping them aligned with market standards; * Participate in meetings with technical and commercial teams to align information and expectations; * Monitor project progress, conducting cost audits and proposing corrections when necessary; * Prepare management reports with budgetary performance analyses and improvement suggestions; * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize costs; * Ensure budget estimates comply with company standards and policies; * Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting processes by implementing best practices and new tools.
