




Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to ensure the production of high-quality parts according to technical drawings and established standards. Key Highlights: 1. Program and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts. 2. Interpret technical drawings and monitor machining processes. 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure production effectiveness. **CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator** **Responsibilities:** · Program, set up, and execute operations on the organization’s CNC lathes, verifying alignment and squareness between workpieces and equipment; · Interpret and understand technical drawings, ensuring part production meets required dimensions and tolerances; · Continuously monitor the machining process, adjusting parameters as necessary to guarantee the quality of produced parts; · Conduct regular inspections on produced parts to ensure ongoing compliance with established quality standards; · Manage tools, fixtures, and accessories used on the organization’s CNC lathes; · Record operations in the “Production Order” upon starting and completing product manufacturing; · Request materials, tools, measuring and monitoring devices (EMMs), and consumables from the warehouse to carry out production operations; · Perform basic maintenance and preservation actions on the equipment operated (e.g., cleaning, checking oil levels, abnormal vibrations or overheating, air pressure, etc.) and document these in the logs kept beside each machine; · Maintain accurate production records, including cycle times, quantities produced, and any identified issues; · Collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers and supervisors, to ensure production effectiveness. **✏ Requirements:** · Completed high school education; · Training in CNC lathe programming and setup; · Minimum of 6 (six) months’ work experience in this role; · Familiarity with the Quality Policy, and with applicable documents, procedures, and work instructions related to the processes and activities in which the employee participates or interacts; · Knowledge of the specific objectives of the workplace and GUIMMY’s overall objectives; · Proficiency in performing machining operations using the equipment; · Manual dexterity required by the nature of the job; · Proficiency in handling and reading Measuring and Monitoring Devices (EMMs) applied to operations; · Ability to maintain concentrated attention. · Discipline, organizational skills, and adherence to and respect for company regulations. · Team collaboration and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Knowledge of NBR ISO 9001:2008 standard; · Knowledge of machining technology; · Technical course in mechanical engineering or mechatronics; · Higher education degree. · Familiarity with control systems: FANUC, MACH9, and SIEMENS; · Residency in Diadema. **Number of Positions** 01 **\*Employment Type: CLT (Permanent)\*** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:30–17:30; Friday, 07:30–16:30 (1-hour lunch/break) **Work Location**: Diadema \-SP Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.200,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
