This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring assessments of the effectiveness of internal controls, corporate risk management, and internal audits, working collaboratively with Compliance and Governance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices in the pharmaceutical sector. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. An **MBA** in Auditing, Controller Functions, and Compliance; Corporate Governance and Risk Management; or a **Postgraduate degree** in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC); Internal Controls and SOX; or Financial Management, Controller Functions, and Auditing is desirable; * Knowledge of **Internal Audit Standards** (e.g., IPPF – International Professional Practices Framework by the Institute of Internal Auditors); **Internal Controls** (e.g., COSO – Committee of Sponsoring Organizations – Internal Control and ERM, ISO 31000 – Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Governance Standards); **Audit and Data Analysis Tools** (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI); and **Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations**, including ANVISA, FDA, EMA standards, and other applicable references; * Proficiency in **Corporate Risk Management** (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000); **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Advanced knowledge of **Organizational Processes** (financial, operational, Compliance, IT); **Eligibility and maintenance criteria for certification under Brazil’s Federal Revenue OEA Program** (Authorized Economic Operator); and **Applicable Legislation** (e.g., LGPD, pharmaceutical sector regulatory compliance). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:** * Plan and execute internal audits using operational, financial, and compliance methodologies to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices; * Assess and strengthen the internal control system by analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities to drive corrective actions and enhance efficiency across involved departments; * Coordinate corporate risk identification and assessment, conducting structured analyses and engaging with teams to support mitigation planning and continuous monitoring; * Prepare audit reports and management dashboards, clearly and objectively presenting findings, risks, and recommendations to inform leadership’s strategic decision-making; * Monitor implementation of action plans, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and supporting evidence to ensure effectiveness of measures arising from audits and risk assessments; * Serve as a liaison between business units and external auditors, promoting transparent communication and alignment of information to ensure cooperation, agility, and integrity throughout audit processes; * Contribute to building a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance by participating in educational initiatives and guiding teams to reinforce appropriate behaviors and reduce organizational risks; * Support the Corporate Integrity Directorate by contributing to governance, compliance, and risk management projects to strengthen the organization’s structure and ensure decisions align with industry best practices; Analyze data, assess risks, and conduct continuous auditing using frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000, and tools such as ACL and Power BI, to identify inconsistencies, monitor processes, reduce losses, and support strategic decision-making. * **OUR BENEFITS:** * Medical Assistance (including dependents) * Dental Assistance (including dependents) * Pharmacy Benefit (including dependents) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * TotalPass (Gym) * Flexible Working Hours * Private Pension Plan Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR) * To learn more about us, visit www.biolabfarma.com.br and follow our social media channels.
