As a 2nd Cook, you will play an important role in daily operations, contributing to smooth kitchen functioning and preparing dishes that provide an excellent experience for our customers.
On a daily basis, you will:
* Supervise and support kitchen assistants in their tasks;
* Set up, monitor, and supervise personnel responsible for organizing and setting up service stations;
* Ensure label control and compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils;
* Perform pre-preparation and preparation of menu items;
* Execute cuts of meats, fruits and vegetables, and other ingredients used in operations;
* Prepare sauces and other components of dishes;
* Carry out basic baking and pastry activities;
* Monitor production, identifying needs, improvement opportunities, and points requiring attention;
* Demonstrate urgency and a sense of priority when responding to operational demands;
* Perform tasks in cold rooms, strictly following safety procedures;
* Proactively and effectively contribute to ensuring quality, agility, and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements:
To stand out in this position, we seek a candidate with the following qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge of food handling and food safety;
* Knowledge of shelf-life control and application of the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) method;
* Sense of urgency and prioritization to handle various situations;
* Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a focus on problem-solving;
* Demonstrated continuous interest in learning and professional development;
* Preferred: training in gastronomy (Brazilian and/or international cuisine);
* Preferred: certified training in food safety and quality control.
