We support the Board of Directors and Executive Management in implementing a corporate conduct (Compliance) program, ensuring adherence to internal and external laws and regulations, aligned with the Organization’s strategy and its social context. We are also responsible for developing standards and supporting departments in fulfilling compliance-related topics, such as Conduct, Ethics, Integrity, Anti-Corruption, Sanctions, Customer Relations, FATCA\-CRS, Anti-Corruption, Legal, Financial Citizenship, and Internal Controls. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will work in the Internal Controls Management department and your main activities will be: * Map, identify, and assess risks and internal controls in accordance with the Organization’s corporate methodology. * Support client-area managers in risk and control management processes, advising on good governance practices. * Participate in meetings with managers and external auditors to discuss risks, identify gaps, and define action plans. * Propose improvements to the internal control environment, aiming to mitigate risks and strengthen governance. * Monitor and communicate situations that may lead to additional operational risk exposures. * Participate in technical studies and Working Groups, contributing to the improvement of area processes. * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations, with clarity, objectivity, and decision-making focus. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics. * Technical knowledge of banking and financial products, with emphasis on capital markets. * Knowledge of capital market-related processes, such as treasury products, brokerage firms, securities distribution, investment banks, fiduciary administrators, and investment fund managers. * Ability to understand, analyze, and discuss risks and controls, as well as applicable laws and regulations related to capital markets. * Knowledge of the regulatory and governance environment related to capital markets.
