Conduct technical inspections, needs assessments, and structural diagnostics. Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, descriptive memoranda, and technical reports. Supervise construction projects, renovations, and adaptations in clinical and administrative areas. Oversee suppliers, contractors, and contracts, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. Interpret and review architectural, complementary, and structural drawings.
