Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Media Supervisor plays a critical role on the team, acting as the direct client contact and facilitating communication between clients and the rest of the team. In collaboration with the manager and director, the Supervisor organizes the media team’s requests, ensuring efficient distribution and contributing to the continuous development of each team member. A fundamental part of the Supervisor’s role is ensuring alignment of briefings and requests with the Account and Data teams, guaranteeing all necessary information is available for project success. In addition, the Supervisor actively contributes to developing strategic and tactical plans, using market analysis and relevant insights to guide decisions. The Supervisor supports coordinators in developing more specific plans, ensuring coherence and consistency of strategies across all levels. The Supervisor closely supervises campaign implementation and monitoring, ensuring execution according to plan and optimizing results when needed. Furthermore, the Supervisor negotiates with media outlets to secure optimal conditions and opportunities to maximize campaign impact. The Supervisor also collaborates with the Data team to analyze campaign results and works with the Research team to develop competitive materials and media consumption analyses. Supervise billing release for all clients, tracking deadlines for media authorization releases. Negotiate program swap compensations, considering targets, audience levels, and client budgets. Perform other related activities as requested, instructed, and/or supervised by the immediate superior, aiming to contribute to the team and professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations **Knowledge of Digital Media Platforms:** Technical proficiency in major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. **Knowledge of Offline Media Platforms:** Understanding of purchasing across various offline media channels — including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, outdoor advertising, etc. — including audience profiles, via purchasing platforms like Globo Ads and analytical tools such as Instar Ibope, VBS, etc. **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret performance data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign success. **Media Planning and Tactical Execution:** Skill in developing effective media plans, considering budget, target audience, and distribution channels. **Negotiation:** Ability to negotiate with media outlets to obtain optimal advertising space purchase terms. **Project Management:** Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, defining goals, deadlines, and priorities. **Additional Information** **Key knowledge required for this role.** Media research tools (Monitor, Instar, and TGI).
