Collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth Restaurant Manager About the Role: We are looking for a **Restaurant Manager** to lead our team and ensure operational excellence, guaranteeing high-quality service, process organization, and achievement of unit-level results. Responsibilities * Manage the restaurant’s daily operations; * Lead, develop, and supervise the team; * Monitor staff schedules; * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction; * Track performance indicators and unit results; * Control inventory, orders, costs, and waste; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling and Sanitary Surveillance regulations; * Conduct daily opening and operational supervision; * Participate in management meetings and contribute to process and business result improvements; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development processes. Requirements * Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a leadership role within the food service industry; * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and operational routines; * Leadership profile, with strong organizational skills, proactivity, and effective communication; * Ability to make decisions and solve problems efficiently.
