




Description: * High school diploma required; * Previous experience in kitchen work and food handling, preferably in schools and/or for children; * Health examinations compatible with the position; * Availability and mobility to work on a rotational basis in the South Zone of São Paulo. * Responsible for delivering quality food service to children and their families; * Ensure that raw materials required for food preparation are available and in optimal condition; * Properly carry out hygienic food handling and the cleaning and sanitization schedule for food, areas, equipment, and utensils, in compliance with risk and accident prevention rules; * Request, receive, and store raw materials, perishable and non-perishable foods, preserving the necessary storage conditions for daily meal preparation; * Record, inventory, and monitor raw materials, perishable and non-perishable foods, following Vitamina’s food supply control protocol. 251227020249314977
