What You Will Do: Manage a customer portfolio from a technical development perspective; Conduct technical training and equipment maintenance; Develop growth and technical service center development plans; Manage warranty portfolios and conduct technical analyses; Provide technical support to distributors and technical service centers; Participate in commercial events, trade fairs, and exhibitions; Audit the service network and classify centers according to service level; Open new technical service centers in targeted regions. What You Should Know: Completed high school education; Experience or exposure to the agricultural sector; Knowledge of machinery, tools, internal\-combustion engines and/or battery\-powered equipment; Willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time); Driver’s license category B; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills; Ability to build relationships; Proactivity and self\-management mindset; Sense of urgency and cooperation; Strong resilience and willingness to overcome challenges; Availability to travel Monday through Friday; Market knowledge and ability to identify potential business customers; Personal organization and punctuality; Familiarity with the culture and behavior of the operational region.
