Painter Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for executing and maintaining painting services, surface preparation, and light structural repairs. Technical Knowledge: Different types of paints, tools, and application techniques; Crack treatment techniques (opening cracks, applying mesh/elastic material, plastering, finishing, and painting); Treatment of areas affected by water infiltration (scraping, drying, treatment, and repainting); Maintenance and treatment of surfaces such as: * drywall * masonry * flooring * piping; Work from suspended scaffolding (preferred); Basic computer skills (preferred). Requirements: High school diploma completed Professional training course in painting (preferred); Previous experience in a corporate environment (essential).
