Together, we will build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Title:** Demand Planner **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo Based in São Bernardo do Campo, also working in Vila Mariana and Jaguaré **Job Summary** Responsible for developing sales forecasts that efficiently impact production planning, launching finished products, and analyzing and reporting forecast performance on a monthly basis. Contribute to improving service levels, increasing sales, and reducing system costs through critical decisions impacting production planning, inventory, service levels, and supply chain costs. **Responsibilities** **1\. End\-to\-End Demand Planning and Forecasting** Lead the monthly sales forecasting process to drive efficient production planning. Manage regular, new, promotional, and discontinued products to create a highly accurate and actionable demand plan. **2\. Cross\-Functional Strategic Alignment** Act as the critical link between Supply and Demand, building continuous and collaborative relationships with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Ensure forecast inputs are fully aligned with LE/Budget processes and broader business objectives. **3\. Inventory Management, Cost Optimization, and Risk Mitigation** Make high\-impact decisions directly affecting production planning, inventory health, and finished goods deployment. Reduce supply chain and system costs through active support of low\-turnover SKUs management, minimizing losses/obsolescence. Additionally, proactively develop and execute robust mitigation plans for SKUs at risk of stock\-out (OOS), protecting service levels and revenue. **4\. Advanced Data Analytics and Performance Reporting** Design, build, and utilize complex reports and queries in systems. Monitor performance metrics and apply “management by exception” principles to conduct in\-depth business analysis and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. **5\. Process Innovation and Continuous Improvement** Act as a strategic change agent, challenging existing paradigms and leading special projects.
