Your mission will be to provide technical and operational support to the Facilities Infrastructure Management team in renovation, expansion, and new unit implementation projects, ensuring supplier technical quality, regulatory compliance (AVCB/Permits), and adherence to construction budgets and schedules. If you share this mindset, would you like to join this team? **Responsibilities and duties:** * Support the Management team in facilities-related activities, including renovations and maintenance, expansions, or new unit implementations; * Conduct technical assessment and analysis of suppliers, negotiations, and technical discussions; * Monitor construction execution and service providers during building maintenance work; * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across branch facilities; * Analyze projects and perform quantitative takeoffs for budgeting and contracting construction work; * Participate in budget preparation, cost composition, and quotations; * Conduct technical site visits to assess scope and cost of construction work; * Participate in meetings to decide on construction scope; * Support the Internal Control area in regulatory actions, such as AVCB, environmental licenses, and permits. * Comply with Safety, Health, and Quality System procedures and instructions related to your activities and general responsibilities.
