In this role, you will support the Procurement Performance Acceleration (PPA) team in executing projects and assist the Nestlé Brazil Procurement team on topics related to Processes, Compliance, Procurement Tools, and Digital Transformation within the function.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities...**
Manage updates to the Procurement Policy and Operational Procedures, representing the function on Risk \& Compliance matters during internal/external audits;
Serve as the focal point for procurement initiatives, projects, and tool development for Direct Materials categories (Raw Materials and Packaging), supporting local buyers and collaborating with related functions (e.g., Application Group and Quality);
Monitor strategic departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment between global and local market strategies to achieve objectives (e.g., Sourcing Flexibility – BCP, Vendor Evaluation Scorecard – VES/OTIF, Food Safety – GFSI, etc.);
Support the function in new business integration projects, collaborating with related functions and IT on system configurations and workflow setup;
**What Will Contribute to Your Success?**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Excellent communication skills, proactivity, agility, organization, and technological aptitude
Problem-solving ability and sense of urgency
Advanced English proficiency
Spanish is a plus
Full Microsoft Office suite, Advanced Excel
Intermediate Power BI
ERP/SAP, e-Marketplace, and e-Procurement knowledge are pluses
Procurement \& Process knowledge are pluses
