No literacy requirement; leadership support provided Execution of marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum formwork for concrete walls. Initial assembly following apartment color coding and numbering: separate corner panels and two standard panels; apply mold release agent; insert pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; then proceed sequentially according to numbering until all walls are closed. Install EQLS (radii and pins) to initiate ceiling assembly. Install ceiling panels (FL) following project modularity, and immediately shore the ceiling with props. Transfer wall-mounted faquetas to assemble the exterior; then install sleeves and begin façade assembly.
