You will be hired under a full-time CLT contract for remote work, regardless of the pandemic’s end. The company was founded 13 years ago as a startup and now employs approximately 240 people, including 25 directly technical staff—not counting business, product, and related areas. Growth remains strong due to its leadership in the beauty e-commerce sector, which is resilient even amid economic crisis.
