Department The Digital Solutions department drives and challenges business units to rethink their processes, culture, and ways of working. This department is responsible for providing support, training, developing digital solutions, and managing data. Through technology, we deliver services that highlight new business and process opportunities, resulting in competitive advantage and support for achieving business objectives. Position Objective: The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into functional requirements, maintaining a holistic view of the business process to assess the functional feasibility of identified needs. The candidate will also be responsible for developing technical documentation describing the functionalities and services of deliverables developed in assigned projects. Responsibilities: • Participate in business meetings to understand functionalities and services to be implemented. • Present developed technical specifications to IT teams and business units. • Validate functionalities and improvements implemented by technical teams and business units. • Understand business needs and detail requirements as Initiatives, Features, and User Stories. • Classify, prioritize, and formalize requirements. Requirements: • Experience in technology projects. • Solid knowledge of project phases including process mapping, requirements analysis, configuration, and testing. • Knowledge of technologies for process automation (VBA / UI Path / Python and/or others). • Knowledge of reporting tools (Excel / Power BI / Tableau and/or others). • Desired: knowledge of databases and cloud tools (Azure). Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced/Fluent English (Preferred). • Knowledge of project management using agile frameworks, tools, or methodologies. • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle, especially in Order\-To\-Cash (OTC) processes. • Knowledge of process mapping notation (BPMN). • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate / Power Apps).
