We provide Remote Concierge Services, ensuring protection for condominiums via solutions developed to enhance residents’ safety. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Equipment and device configuration: assist in configuring equipment used by clients, such as facial controllers, DVRs, cameras, etc., as well as access devices used by residents (remote controls, RFID tags, etc.); * Service order management; * Field service logistics coordination: assign service orders to field technicians based on their availability and geographic location; * Monitor execution and delivery of assigned tasks to technicians, ensuring completion or initiating necessary follow-up processes—including collaboration with other teams or individuals to resolve issues; * Internally support the field technical team in testing, retrieving images required for client communications, system validations and adjustments essential for task execution; * Communicate courteously and effectively with customers to provide post-service feedback, schedule required activities, handle technical-related complaints, and identify opportunities for service improvement. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Driver’s license category AB; * Availability to work on-site; * Completed high school education; technical training in electrotechnology, electronics, or related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in logistics organization and technical team support; * Familiarity with service order management systems; * Ability to manage deadlines and diverse demands while maintaining focus on service efficiency and quality; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact across different company departments and with suppliers; * Capacity to work collaboratively and under pressure while maintaining activity organization and control. **WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU JOIN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD?** **You’ll be eligible for benefits including:** * Meal allowance and/or food allowance; * Transportation voucher (with up to 6% payroll deduction); * Uniodonto — dental plan (with monthly fee deducted from payroll); * GoGood — discounts at gyms, nutritionists, and psychologists; * Guapeco — discounts on pet shop services and veterinary clinics; * Birthday leave. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * Location: Moema, São Paulo * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **OUR SELECTION PROCESS BEGINS AT THE MOMENT YOU APPLY!
