Job Summary: The professional will conduct technical inspections, assess engineering construction and service requirements, prepare projects, and supervise execution to ensure compliance with standards and safety. Construction supervision and assurance of quality standards Description: * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Production or equivalent); * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; * Advanced Excel; * Power BI; * Intermediate English; * Assertive communication; strong interpersonal skills; negotiation ability; flexibility; decision-making capability; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree / Experience in the fuel market / Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD. * Conduct technical inspections, identifying and evaluating engineering construction and service requirements, including comprehensive mapping of all associated technical and operational risks; * Identify engineering services required for construction, installation, and maintenance of bases and terminals, in accordance with Company standards, regulations, and sound engineering practices; * Develop preliminary project concepts for implementation, layout, and equipment placement; technically evaluate executive projects prepared by designers and calculators for each construction phase per Engineering standards; * Research, develop, and qualify suppliers capable of performing services according to identified specifications; * Prepare tenders to achieve optimal cost efficiency for construction projects while meeting required quality, safety, and schedule standards; * Report to Supervision/Coordination and Management all internal or external requests or claims regarding products or services not previously and expressly authorized, within Company parameters and instructions; * Supervise construction and other services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical manuals, within agreed timelines, budgets, and expected quality standards; * Ensure strict adherence to FHP Fatal Hazard Protocols and all Safety Instructions from the OMS Operational Management System (or any successor programs); * Ensure perfect implementation of corporate branding and standardization of brand usage and other communication elements across bases, terminals, and other Company units; * Support and assist the Operations team in engineering services required for construction, installation, and maintenance of Operational Bases and Administrative Branches; * Prepare various reports to support, provide, and forward information and other data relevant to this role to immediate supervisors, other Company departments, and external agencies, in accordance with pre-established norms and procedures; * Keep suppliers, service providers, material manufacturers, and technology vendors updated on required documentation for operations within the Company (policies, NIs, procedures, manuals, etc.); * Issue, monitor, and evaluate engineering technical reports and opinions arising from inspections of equipment, buildings, installations, bases, terminals, oil pipelines, and biofuel pipelines, as well as supplier assessments. 2511040202261659390
