Ensure SLA compliance and customer service quality Pensalab | São Paulo | SP | On-site Job Description We are seeking a Technician II to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process analytical equipment, ensuring operational reliability, system availability, and adherence to service contracts. The professional will work directly in the field, focusing on technical diagnosis, repair, and customer support, contributing to operational performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process analytical equipment Diagnose failures (electrical, electronic, and instrumentation) Replace components and perform technical adjustments Calibrate and verify functional performance of equipment Start-up and commissioning of equipment on the process line;* Analyze operational parameters and identify deviations * Support functional testing after maintenance * Record activities in technical reports * Work directly with industrial customers (refineries, plants, laboratories) * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality * Advise customers on basic operation and best practices Requirements and Qualifications * Technical education in: * + Electronics + Electrotechnics + Instrumentation + Mechatronics or related fields * Experience in **maintenance of industrial or laboratory equipment** * Knowledge of: * + Reading electrical diagrams + Intermediate English + Instrumentation and sensors + Control systems * Willingness to travel * Experience with process analytical equipment: * + Online sensors (pH, conductivity, gases) + Industrial analyzers + Monitoring systems Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits * Work schedule: Hybrid; * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher; * Birthday day off; * Wellhub; * Parental policy (Citizen Company); * Profit-sharing program; * Flu vaccination; * Christmas gift. **Work location:** Perdizes | São Paulo About the Company For 30 years, Pensalab has provided analytical solutions for various sectors of the economy.
