**Position: Occupational Safety Technical Assistant** **Job Description**
We are seeking an **Occupational Safety Technical Assistant** to provide administrative and operational support to the department, assisting Occupational Safety Technicians with document control routines, monitoring legal programs, interfacing with third-party companies, and authorizing employee access to construction sites.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Assist in the **submission, organization, and control of safety inspection reports**;
* Monitor and control the **expiration dates of legal programs** (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others);
* Control and verify **Occupational Safety documentation** for both internal and third-party employees for **authorization of access to construction sites**;
* Monitor **ASOs (admissional, periodic, return-to-work, and dismissal)** and their expiration dates;
* Submit **documents to clients and third-party companies within established deadlines**;
* Assist in the **investigation and recording of workplace accidents**;
* Provide support for administrative routines related to the **Human Resources Department**, such as verification of admission documents and integration with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) area;
* Assist in organizing physical and digital files of the department.
**Requirements**
* Completed or ongoing **Technical Course in Occupational Safety**;
* Basic knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**;
* Familiarity with **Human Resources (HR) Department** procedures and labor documentation;
* Knowledge of document and deadline control;
* Ability to interact effectively with third-party companies and in construction site environments;
* Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail;
* Ability to work in a team and maintain positive interpersonal relationships;
* Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **construction sites** and access control;
* Experience handling third-party documentation;
* Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management systems or control spreadsheets.
