Key Responsibilities: \* Lead and supervise the sales team; \* Organize sales routines, processes, and operations; \* Monitor CRM, KPIs, and productivity; \* Develop sales executives; \* Attend meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups; \* Conduct alignment sessions, feedback, and guidance; \* Ensure discipline, consistency, and team development.
