The professional will be responsible for structuring and overseeing import processes—from purchase order issuance through to final destination delivery—while coordinating with international suppliers, customs brokers, and internal departments. Key responsibilities include critical analysis of import documentation, monitoring customs clearance, logistical control of shipments, verification of freight and service costs, supplier follow-up, support in international negotiations and procurement, feasibility analysis of imports, and preparation of departmental reports and KPIs. The role also involves close collaboration with Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Commercial departments to ensure process compliance and supply chain efficiency. **Requirements** Fluent English is mandatory for conducting frequent meetings and conversations with international suppliers. Bachelor’s degree completed in **International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields**, with prior experience in import processes and foreign trade routines. Experience in monitoring international shipments, interfacing with customs brokers, analyzing documents such as **Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, LI, and DI**, and knowledge of **tax classification (NCM), import costs, international freight, and customs clearance** are desirable.
