**Main responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the construction execution of the housing complex * Coordinate field teams (in-house and outsourced) * Control the physical\-financial schedule * Perform quantity surveying and production control * Ensure the quality of executed services * Monitor the execution of peripheral works, such as: * Retaining walls and enclosures * Gabion structures * Drainage, sidewalks, and urbanization * External communal areas * Interface with suppliers, clients, and inspection authorities * Prepare technical and progress reports **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with active CREA registration) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction execution * Proven experience in housing projects * Knowledge of reading and coordinating engineering drawings * Experience in construction planning and control **Advantages:** * Experience in public works * Experience with retaining structures and gabions * Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel * Experience in urbanization and infrastructure projects **Behavioral competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Organization and results orientation * Proactivity and decision-making * Strong communication skills **We offer:** * Salary to be negotiated * PJ (individual contractor) hiring Minimum education level: Higher education
