Experience the power of AI in a new era of personalized and efficient interactions. **About InBot:** At InBot, curation is an ongoing process of virtual assistant evolution: monitoring operational performance, identifying real improvement opportunities (backed by evidence), and transforming them into adjustments and enhancements that increase quality, clarity, and resolution. We are opening a dedicated curation position, fully focused on this area. The candidate must have prior experience as a UX Writer for chatbots, since curation here involves contextual understanding, conversational decision-making, prioritization, and client dialogue. **Responsibilities and Duties** Architecture and Technical Refinement (Discovery* Delivery): Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements—translating needs into clear technical specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, and integrations)—and support defining the optimal architecture for delivery. * Technical Backlog Management: Support organizing and technically prioritizing demands, ensuring activities are well-documented, broken down into incremental deliveries, and dependencies mapped—reducing rework and increasing predictability. * Solution and Standards Definition: Propose and document technical standards, architectural decisions (ADRs), API contracts, and best practices (observability, versioning, integration consistency, idempotency, retries, rate limiting, etc.), ensuring scalability and maintainability. * Continuous Collaboration and Alignment: Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review), contributing to technical clarity, realistic estimation, and alignment among product, operations, and development. * Quality and Security in the Development Lifecycle: Reinforce code review practices, automated testing, static analysis, and security (OWASP, secret management, IAM least privilege) to ensure code quality and delivery reliability. * Generative AI Usage with Governance: Leverage generative AI to boost productivity (log analysis, test generation/validation, documentation drafting, code scaffolding, assisted refactoring), while maintaining strict human review, version control, internal standards, and security practices. * Technical Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Support team growth through mentoring, PR reviews, design decision guidance, and dissemination of best practices to elevate the squad’s technical level. * Cloud Development: Work within AWS environments (EC2, EKS, ECR, ACM, RDS), ensuring performance, scalability, and security. * Containerization and Orchestration: Implement and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes (administration, pod creation, services, ingress, etc.). * System Integrations: Develop integrations between the virtual assistant and clients’ systems using REST APIs and JSON, plus OpenAPI/Swagger. * Backend Development: Primarily work with JavaScript, Node.js, Promises, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript to efficiently build robust, asynchronous functionalities. * Authentication and Security: Implement authentication via OIDC (OpenID Connect), SAML, and apply secure development practices. * API Creation and Maintenance: Develop internal and external APIs with clear, standardized documentation. * Database Management: Create, administer, and optimize relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, AWS RDS). * Linux Environment: Manage and configure Linux servers, using Shell Script for automation. * Version Control: Use Git for code versioning, continuous integration, and CI/CD practices. * Report Development: Create queries and reports for products and services. * Best Practices: Apply Promises, automated testing, code documentation, and agile methodologies to ensure scalability and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with event-driven architecture (queues, messaging, asynchronous processing) and resilience patterns. * Familiarity with AI applied to the development lifecycle (e.g., test generation, assisted review, automated documentation) with governance and security. * Knowledge of microservices and serverless architecture. * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools. * Familiarity with Generative AI for process and user experience optimization. * Knowledge of system architecture (networks, firewalls, DNS, routing, data modeling). * Experience with Java or Scala. * Full Stack Development: Ability to work on frontend layers when needed, ensuring end-to-end integration. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven development experience, primarily with JavaScript and Node.js. * Essential Technical Skills: * AWS (EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, ECR, ACM, RDS) * REST APIs and JSON * Git (code control and versioning) * Linux (administration and Shell) * Promises and asynchronous programming in JavaScript * Secure development practices and automated testing **Additional Information** Contract: PJ + Flash card.
