Artificial Intelligence is our reality. **Important**: If you reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, your physical presence at our city offices is mandatory, per our current attendance policy. **Your Mission:** You will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the squad, ensuring technical feasibility analysis of solutions, integrating external APIs, monitoring code quality, and adopting engineering best practices and observability. **Key Responsibilities:*** Exceptional ability to interact with stakeholders, understand business needs, and clearly communicate technical visions * Expertise in conducting technical feasibility studies for new projects or strategic pivots * Solid experience with microservices architecture and BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns * Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and API integration * Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) * Experience with cloud computing and orchestration (e.g., AWS ECS and Fargate) * Practical experience with Apigee * Knowledge of React Native app architecture (React CLI) to optimize BFF consumption. **Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Experience in software architecture, with a focus on application modernization and integrations. * Experience with AWS Cloud (e.g., EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.). * Knowledge of distributed applications and event-driven architecture patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). * Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). * Experience with system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, and messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS/SNS). * Experience with microservices and design patterns such as Domain\-Driven Design (DDD). * Knowledge of legacy application modernization, including replatforming and cloud refactoring. * Ability to lead technical discussions and perform design trade\-offs considering cost, performance, and scalability. * Practical experience implementing Non\-Functional Requirements (NFRs), such as security, resilience, and performance. * Ability to mobilize technical and business teams, promoting collaboration and strategic alignment. **Nice to Have:*** Prior experience with the CI\&T Flow / Squad Turing platform or other AI agent orchestration platforms * Ability to support team management and technical career development \#LI\-DR3 \#Senior **Our Benefits:*** Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowance; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health & wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical health, mental health, and well\-being; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course; * Partnerships with online course platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion begins at first contact.
