Main responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities; * Support hydraulic, electrical, and painting services; * Carry out general minor repairs; * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of environments; * Accompany inspections and identify maintenance needs; * Support maintenance of company equipment and structures. Requirements: * Experience in building maintenance; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: * Hydraulic systems; * Electrical systems; * Painting; * Organization, responsibility, and agility; * Easy access to the company's location is a plus.
