Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing order portfolios, scheduling loads, routing deliveries, optimizing vehicle usage, and collaborating with various departments to ensure daily billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and schedule loads according to orders and routes 2. Optimize vehicle utilization (volume and weight) and route deliveries 3. Interface with transportation, shipping, sales, and customer departments Analyze order portfolio; Schedule loads according to orders, routes, and delivery time windows; Route deliveries; Optimize vehicle utilization (cubage and weight); Request pickups from carriers and transporters; Interface with transportation, shipping, sales, and customer departments; Issue load manifests; Follow up with the shipping department on pickups; Monitor advance billing scheduling; Track the FNE report (invoiced but not shipped NF); Fill in the daily shipping schedule report according to operational capacity; Ensure daily billing; Generate reports as required by the department; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
