Primarily field-based work with continuous interface with teams **Position: Quality Inspector** **Position Description** We are seeking a professional to serve as a Quality Inspector, responsible for ensuring compliance of operational, financial, and sanitary processes across units through systematic execution of audits and monitoring of established routines. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic audits at units, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and procedures; * Conduct cash audits, verifying amounts (sales for the period and change fund) jointly with the operations manager, followed by formal documentation via reports and forms for administrative follow-up; * Perform inventory audits, covering counts of items essential to unit operations, including products stored in refrigerated, frozen, and production areas, with recording and reporting of any discrepancies; * Conduct quality audits, evaluating structural conditions of units, good food handling practices, environmental and organizational hygiene, food safety, customer experience, and compliance with operational standards and internal processes; * Complete technical checklists and provide guidance to staff regarding identified non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Conduct audits of employee housing, assessing criteria related to physical structure, cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and condition of furniture and essential items. **Work Schedule** * Shift-based work schedule (5 days on, 2 days off); * Fixed day off on Sundays; the second weekly day off is scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between employee and management; * Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM; * Intra-shift break: 1 hour and 12 minutes. **Activity Organization** * Operational schedules are defined by the administrative support team; * Execution of four mandatory audits per unit per day (cash, inventory, assured quality, and housing); * Possible adjustments to scheduling due to extraordinary demands, such as vacation coverage or support to other units. **Work Model** * Primarily field-based work, with supervision and guidance from the unit manager or leadership during audit execution; * Continuous interface with operational teams and administrative departments, ensuring alignment and adherence to corporate guidelines.
