




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide IT technical support, focusing on handling complex requests, resolving incidents, maintaining network and server infrastructure, and preparing documentation. A dynamic and challenging environment offering autonomy and clear goals **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing high-criticality and highly complex demands within the area. Act as the point of contact for reporting IT incidents or requesting technical clarification. Execute corrective, preventive, and improvement actions arising from non-conformities related to assigned activities. Install, maintain, and configure switches, access points, wireless controllers, firewalls, NAC solutions, and videoconferencing equipment. Validate new network solutions. Perform LAN and WLAN troubleshooting in internal and client environments. Install, maintain, and configure physical and virtual Windows Server and Linux servers. Prepare documentation and project delivery presentations. Support clients and other technical teams on matters related to network connectivity. Monitor and promptly respond to incident-related requests affecting customers/internal users via IT platforms. Support interaction between users and teams. Maintain an updated knowledge base and control changes. Document and review procedures for IT monitoring and support areas. Ensure quality user support and adherence to SLA requirements for ticket resolution. **Requirements:** Experience in the Support field. Solid knowledge of hardware and software.
