Participate in modernization projects and cross-team collaboration **Date:** Mar 9, 2026 **Location:** São Paulo, São Paulo **Company:** B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão **About the position** **Position:** Senior Technology Analyst **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 03/09/26 **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * **Operate, administer, and evolve corporate virtualization environments** (e.g., VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter); * **Perform troubleshooting**, performance analysis, capacity planning, and environment tuning; * **Support technological evolution** and the virtualization platform roadmap; * **Administer hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions** (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, company HCI); * **Monitor cluster health**, performance, and resilience; * **Execute upgrades**, node expansion, and lifecycle management activities. * **Support the maintenance and sustainment of IT tools**, such as Active Directory, NTP, DNS, File Servers, or other supporting components used by the company; * **Participate in the evolution of Microsoft services** and associated automation; * **Monitor IT contracts** under the team’s responsibility (renewals, deadlines, SLAs, scope); * **Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and FinOps teams** for reviews, renegotiations, or cost optimization; * **Support capacity analysis**, consumption tracking, trend identification, and future requirements assessment; * **Propose continuous improvements** to contracting models, governance, and internal controls; * **Participate in modernization projects**, capacity expansion, platform integration, and standards evolution; * **Collaborate with other infrastructure teams** (Network, Operating Systems, Observability, Backup, Cloud, etc.); * **Maintain technical documentation**, develop procedures, and improve processes; * **Respond to critical incidents** in the virtualization and hyperconverged layers, ensuring rapid recovery; * **Conduct root cause analyses (RCA)** and implement preventive actions; * **Use monitoring tools** to anticipate degradation and issues. **Team Responsibilities** This team is responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure using virtualization technologies and hyperconverged solutions. It ensures availability, scalability, and efficiency of computing, storage, and networking resources.
