If you seek purpose-driven work and social engagement, join the Unibanco Institute in advancing high-quality public education :) Diversity is one of our core values; therefore, we actively encourage applications from Black individuals and LGBTQIAPN\+ people in our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, plan, and implement educational solutions in partnership with state-level Education Secretariats and technical partners; * Apply project management methodologies (familiarity with tools for managing complex projects and experience facilitating co-creation workshops); * Prepare and monitor project implementation schedules to ensure timely delivery as planned; * Manage project risks, resources, and budgets; * Support coordination in managing area-specific projects; * Coordinate with teams from Education Secretariats, suppliers, and technical partners to implement projects; * Plan and facilitate workshops aligned with the design process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy Management, Education, Design, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Agile methodologies (preferred); * Knowledge of the public policy lifecycle (preferred); * Experience in government innovation projects (preferred); * Experience in managing social projects; * Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to innovation projects; * Experience conducting research and co-creating with users of products and services; * Knowledge of public education; * Experience designing workshops and facilitating group sessions; * Experience with indicators, monitoring, and evaluation of projects; * Proficiency in project management tools; * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments, continuously learn, and contribute to knowledge generation; * Systemic understanding of public education, proposed solutions, and capacity to propose innovations; * Ability to develop and apply processes, methodologies, and tools useful for strategic design development at the Institute; * Ability to engage, build relationships, establish connections, and forge consensus among multiple stakeholders and external partners. **Additional Information** Founded in 1982, the Unibanco Institute—one of the organizations responsible for Itaú\-Unibanco Group’s social investment—works to improve learning outcomes for students in public high schools and reduce educational inequalities in the public system through improved management.
