Responsibilities: * Provide customer support via official channels (social media, e\-mail, customer service platforms); * Record, track, and resolve requests, complaints, and compliments; * Categorize and organize interactions for recurrence analysis and insights; * Support customer service reporting and consumer perception analysis; * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to resolve cases; * Support relationship-building activations and customer experience initiatives through delight-oriented actions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency with digital tools and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Reclame Aqui, etc.); * Prior experience in customer success; * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
