Organization of physical and digital financial documents A private school in São Paulo is seeking a Finance Analyst. Maple Bear is a school network offering bilingual education, combining Canadian methodology with Brazilian culture. Focused on the child’s holistic development, the institution aims to provide meaningful, high-quality learning. **Responsibilities:** Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate classification and recording of financial transactions. Perform periodic bank reconciliations to guarantee data integrity between bank statements and internal systems. Issue service invoices, generate payment slips (boletos), and monitor collections. Support billing routines by maintaining contact with financial guardians and addressing delinquency issues. Develop and update financial control reports to assist management in decision-making. Organize financial documents and files, both physical and digital. Previous experience as a Finance Analyst, Finance Specialist, Financial Consultant, or Controller Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
