




Job Summary: Support the Campus Management Coordination in developing electrical engineering projects, focusing on improvements, infrastructure, and adaptations. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in improvement projects for innovation spaces and infrastructure. 2. Development of electrical, telecommunications, and fire safety engineering projects. 3. Construction supervision and project management, ensuring compliance and quality. **Summary:** Support the Campus Management Coordination’s requirements in the field of electrical engineering, aiming to: • Conduct studies and develop improvement projects for innovation ecosystem spaces; • Support infrastructure project development, resolve technical queries, accompany site visits, survey floor plans and related information, etc.; • Obtain the AVCB\-CBPMSP (Fire Department Inspection Certificate issued by the Military Police Fire Department of the State of São Paulo) for IPT buildings; • Adapt laboratory areas; and • Adapt administrative areas. **Job Responsibilities:** • Evaluate preliminary and basic projects (floor plans and descriptive specifications), considering technical feasibility and applicability of compensation methodology; • Perform physical cadastral and load surveys; • Develop basic and executive projects for residential, laboratory, and industrial electrical and telecommunications installations, in accordance with current technical standards and regulations; • Develop basic and executive projects for fire safety systems (emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, pump activation, etc.), complying with current technical standards and regulations; • Develop basic and executive projects aimed at adapting air conditioning and exhaust systems; • Prepare cost estimates and budgets, including material, equipment, and labor surveys, among others, to determine project economic viability. **Project Scope:** ❖ Physical cadastral and load survey; ❖ Preliminary study; ❖ Preliminary project; ❖ Basic project; ❖ Executive project; and ❖ As-Built (as constructed). **Construction Supervision and Management:** ❖ Ensure fidelity to the approved project; ❖ Monitor construction works and services regarding physical progress, financial status, and legal compliance; ❖ Monitor quality control of materials and services; ❖ Adjust the project to unforeseen events that may arise; ❖ Prepare physical and financial schedules; ❖ Prepare photographic progress reports; ❖ Fulfill legal warranty requirements for services rendered; ❖ Implement safety parameters; • Monitor execution of specific services; and • Perform measurements of completed work. ❖ Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment. **Position Requirements / Essential Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, fully accredited and registered with the relevant professional council. **Desirable Qualifications:** **Experience:** Demonstrated experience in: • Developing basic and executive projects for AVCB compliance; • Developing basic and executive projects for adaptation of laboratory and administrative areas. **Specific Courses and/or Skills:** • Proficiency in MS Office® suite required; • Proficiency in Autodesk® AutoCAD required; • MS Project – Intermediate level; • English – Intermediate level. **Salary Range:** R$ 8\.000,00 to R$ 8\.200,00 **Work Location: IPT** – Institute for Technological Research – Address: Av.
