Ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and safety regulations **Electrical Engineer \| São Paulo \- SP** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with possible weekend or night shifts) **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Electrical Engineer** to work on civil and electrical construction projects, focusing on management, planning, and execution. The professional will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing materials and supplies, monitoring schedules, and ensuring project delivery according to established technical and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the company’s electrical and civil projects; * Lead and guide technical teams on-site; * Plan and control the use of materials, equipment, and supplies; * Develop and interpret electrical projects; * Prospect and negotiate with suppliers; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**; * **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in the field; * **Availability** for occasional weekend and night shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
